"if i could give more stars i would. i went in to get a round of botox and expressed to her that the last injector i went to didn’t really listen or explain the procedure to me (im new to botox) katie explained the process from start to finish and explained why she put the botox where she did. really took her time to make sure i was comfortable and really just made the experience so much better. i will be back!"

"I would Like to take the time to point out exceptional customer service!I just got off the phone with Lucy who went above and beyond to help me. I was unfamiliar with the opus laser. Lucy went above and beyond in, sharing her experience, downtime, pros and cons and recommendations of the procedure. As an aesthetic nurse myself, I am familiar with most procedures and laser downtimes, but, I was very unfamiliar with this one.Lucy explained everything in detail, such as medication I may need , what I should stop using topically, and how her experience had greatly improved her skin. She did not rush or make me feel stupid!I just want to say I have never had someone take such time with detailed patience and love to explain the procedure.It’s important to point people like this out. I saw a significant reduction in lines and the texture of the treated areas has improved greatly with one treatment.
